At Big Bar Guest Ranch we provide warm hospitality and grand adventure. To accomplish this we seek out-going, hardworking, conscientious and self-motivated individuals to live and work on the ranch.

The crew at Big Bar Guest Ranch are part of what brings our guests back year after year and we encourage our staff members to create a social atmosphere with guests over meals and around the campfire.

All applicants must be at least 19 years of age.

If you are applying for a wrangler position please include relevant paid work experience related to horses and/or trail guiding. A Wilderness First Aid Certificate will be mandatory for all wranglers.

• Wranglers

• Housekeepers

• Office Attendant

• Maintenance/Ranch Hand

• Gardener/Landscaper

• Cook

We also accept applicants from out of country who have acquired a valid work visa in Canada. The only requirement is that you are fluent in english, oral and written.
